Question to ponder: some people do things that they like or something which will keep ur mind away from the stuff u are stressing about like work or studies.. But are we really relieving stress or are we avoiding it? I mean after u have done so many things u like.. if U have not solved the problem.. the stress is gonna come back again..
and she commented:
U control ur life.. so which means it depends if U wanna be stressed.. if u are stressed about something.. dun blame that "something".. coz it's u who allow urself being stressed. It's the same logic like.. if u are angry about someone.. u cannot say "She/He made me angry!" It's more of U allow urself being angry. U can't change about the tasks/ work given to you.. u can't change when someone scolds you.. you can't change if your family, friends or someone gives u trouble.. the only thing you can change is ur perception of how are u going to handle these things..
my opinion:
I think a person exerts stress on themselves. No one wants to stress themselves. The environment force one to become what they are. Stress often comes with our good friend 'expectation'. We have expectation on ourselves and so do others. And of cos the expectation we have on ourselves is set by the society. Everyone wants to compete to the best; they want the best of everything. But we can't have the best all the time. We have to be more optimistic and search for the next best. Personally, I suppose a certain amount of stress is definitely good, it shapes us into what we are; it makes us think and grow. It can be seen as forces that give u strength to move on, made you look forward as each morning comes. At least u lives with an aim and not something that was empty and directionless.
